Cuba takes their citizens health as a responsibility: Knew a guy that departed there on a raft, opened an auto repair shop in SE AK. He could fix most anything with chewing gum and a few angry words. He didn't find Cuba a paradise, so left, came here, and made this a better place.. Maybe you could reciprocate the favor in the other direction?
