Florida is a breath of fresh air. Especially since covid - but for other reasons as well. I know some Dems who used to comment for a while that our Governor has abandoned his senses. Not anymore. Grudging respect.

I’d say, along A1A it very seldom gets uncomfortably hot. Looking for a place, I’d be looking to have southern or eastern exposure - or both - that’s where the predominant winds come from in the Summer. No need to be afraid of the Southern exposure - in the summer the sun is almost straight up. You get a lot more sun if your windows face East or West. But even that is not a big problem.

Thanks for your nuke winter comment. I have no way to evaluate those theories. Just repeating what others print. Maybe it’s really worth keeping some food and water.
