I'm unclear on this. Jeff Bezos was apparently visiting the Galapagos last week and required medical attention. Strangely, although a fairly short distance from Costa Rica, which has better health care than the US according to the famous WHO study, Bezos chose to travel all the way to the US to get treatment.

What's up with that?
