To Jan et al on the suit settlement ..

Historically, all settlements of this kind provide
for about 5 % of the loss..once they are paid out
several years hence.

So you are looking at about $ 1/2 at best -- after
the vultures take their 25 % cut.

This will be paid out in about 2 years from now.

If you are a current shareholder now and remain so
you will essentially get back nothing since the stock
will fall as these travails are transpiring.

If you sold, then you may get as much as a 0.50 per share
payout.

Still small recompense based on the actual loss. Most
of us have purchased S3 at around 12 - 14 .. I would guess..
so you are behind about $ 5- 6 on average.

You'll therefore get back about 10 % of your loss - best case.

End of story.

You are better off figuring out how you might profit by judiciously trading this vehicle based on your knowledge of what may
occur going forward. See my previous post for some in sights.

I think you can easily scalpe back $ 1 or 2 of these losses
with some quick in and out trading based on these major
events. but long and short, but mostly quick "in and out"
short sales.

Hopefully the volume will pick back up. It's not unusal
to see it trading here with less than 1M shares per day.
