Bottom line is there are lots of reasons...different for everybody. When you have that amount of shares, it is common to unload some in a high market. I mean...ya gotta live......a new home on the coast....a new Lamborghini for the kid.......very typical......... Nothing to worry about at all, and trust me....when you reach the day that you have 2.5 million shares, I am sure you'll sell the occasional 50k lot simply because you earned the right to enjoy the fruits of your success.
