Craig , if MDIN can ever come up with something "real and "big" there may be no need for reduction,or as I prefer to say Share consolidation,as for spinning the assets ? into another "shell" ,if the assets have real and honest value the Shareholders would never stand still for such a flagrant move. The Corporate Directors and Promoters are presently living in a goldfish bowl and the smart thing for them to do would be to make this Company work without any more thoughts of further mass dilution , and certainly no Share consolidation.
