There are no rules that forbid wearing a mask. Last time I sat next to a fellow who was sneezing and coughing and was clearly I’ll. That was one time when I didn’t really mind wearing a mask.

...I heard somewhere an airline official say that even before COVID, most airlines had masks available and would ask such fellows to please wear a provided mask to accommodate others.
