Hi rkf,

Personally, I dumped XRAY (small profit) before the price drop to move into BTGC. Not enough open interest or strike prices. I got off my first round of BTGC CCs for the July 10s.

XRAY peaked out and attempted to make a new high. As you know, they are rearranging their operations overseas. So, a charge back will impact EPS for this quarter. Considering that the US dollar is very strong, that may hurt XRAY on their export business since it will cost more for those countries.

My guess is XRAY will move a gradually upward and sideways in motion until the dividend payment in June. Furthermore, XRAY will need to break through the $28-$30 overhead resistance before anyone will jump back in.
