Rick, What good is any shareholder proposal that does not include ousting the present management? This companys present management is like a cancer, any proposal that allows for anything but a complete change in management is merely delaying the inevitable. If they are allowed to issue new shares they will only victimize a new generation of shareholders. While what Gary Green suggests is better than what management might like, it does not in the very least even touch apon solving the true problems afflicting this company. ....Sean P.S I thought you might like a theme song neburton.simplenet.com and yes I remember that rhetorical question remark !
