The "magic number" is 20% and yes, the Option Strike Price is $10.

Now, when Intel's Timna hits the road next year (2000) - with on-CPU Chip Set Direct RDRAM controllers - my guess is that 20% level may sneak up pretty fast - maybe by mid 2001.

I wonder what RAMBUS's stock price will be if 20% of ALL PCs have RAMBUS memory by mid 2001 ?

Do you think that RAMBUS's stock will be more that $10 with a 20% market share ?

Do you know what 20% of the MEMORY market is - in DOLLARS ?
