  • In Special Counsel Durham's case, the DNC claimed he can't look at their 2016 opposition research on Trump because it is legal advice protected by attorney-client privilege.
  • In the FEC case, the DNC agreed that this opposition research was not legal advice protected by attorney-client privilege.
