Hi Mike:

FWIW, I do agree with your view of T's breakup plan
as an unmitigated disaster. I still think that
bundling of local/long distance/ISP/cable services
could be a very attractive proposition. Malone
has been a complete disaster for both TCI and now T.
What T needs is patience and time as it executes
Armstrong's original cable strategy. I don't understand
why other big holders (except for Malone) did not put
complain about this ridiculous breakup plan.
