JRI: You are imposing a mindset of intrisic valuation measured by some historical parameter such as P/E or PEG etc.

Perceived valuation is the value the buyer perceives that the stock is of worth to them. As prices rise, the rush to buy eventually decreases as the perceived bargain diminishes.

I would like to know how the NAZ would correlate to that saturation point. Thx.
