I thought I did. What is important to G* is providing service where it did not previously exist. Their numbers assume they reach 10% of that market. So, in a way, if that market becomes twice as small 5 years from now, that won't matter either. That's because the market is that large. As it stood a year ago, there looked to be at least three companies in this arena. Even then it was thought that the market was larger than all three could serve. Now there is only one. So if the market shrinks by one half, will it make a material difference to G* if the plan as it currently stands is followed? Probably not.
