500MM being acquired by Lucent works pretty close to 15% of NN's market cap, depending on where the NN share price lies on any given day.. I think we may see an alliance between NN/Lucent -- how this is going to be worked in with the Siemens relationship is anyone's guess... The 15% equity position would make the alliance real, unlike the COMS/NN alliance which has delivered the big ZERO. Indeed - perhaps NN becomes the Lucent affiliate....
