News March 12, 08:26 Eastern Time Motorola suing Intel AUSTIN, Texas, March 12 (UPI S) _ Motorola is suing (Friday) Intel Corp., charging the rival chip-maker with stealing trade secrets. In a suit filed in federal court in Austin, Texas, Motorola says Intel gained access to the Illinois firm's secrets by hiring Mark McDermott and 15 other Motorola employees.
