Mark, the 250k trade is the interesting one the (last price) went to 16.75 while the bid and ask did not move, than almost immediately the (last price) dropped to 16.25 on very small volume. This might just be a short covering. It sometimes means something else, as you mentioned a way to shake out small traders. We will never know . In the end only the stock price reveals the true answer. Mark
