A couple of months ago the Germans found records of a documented agreement between Russia and NATO (I think) that nato would not expand East. Reportedly, it made some waves in the German and Euro media - but received silent treatment in the US. Was propagandized away… into non-existence. Cancelled. Anyway, it’s ancient history. We are stuck waiting for battlefield solutions. Just like it has always been, over the millennia.
