The Constitution is America, not some corrupt president.

And Bushies are actively trying to rewrite our Consitution by allowing warrantless surveillance of any American for any purpose with no oversight.

When Bush denies his illegal spying is un-constitutional and continues with it despite court order he in fact is the one commiting an act of treason. That is extremely impeachable stuff. Doesn't get much more impeachable. But taking the nation to war based on deliberate lies is another whopper.
