the massive capital influx would require outright sales
that would change the economic value formulas

I only included one of his 12 pages
in an earlier page he explicitly claimed extracted house equity capital was being wasted on consumer spending addictions
pathetic
if it were to build businesses, even those with some outsourcing, something new with lower cost and ingenuity, that would be another matter
but no, it is being squandered on vacations, boats, plasma tv's, room additions, patios, above-ground pools, etc

of course, it also is being devoted to college tuition, new job skill training, and medical expenses
