No, that will not affect the world oil prices, nor reduce the taxes on gas at the pump either. The problem is when people make those silly comments that Bush can give a speech and turn a world market is pure market ignorance, they show how little they know about what the cost percentages are...they have done nothing to learn about the sector, instead like a dumb drunk at a bar, they just make a statement and want other dumb people to buy into it.

That is why when a simple question as to what can be said is not supported. That is why AS runs away from his claim that Bush could drop the market 20% with ONE speech. Tell that to Chavez and other rulers and get their response...
