Bush is replacing Harriet Miers with a criminal defense attorney type. A trial lawyer. CRIMINAL being the operative word. After Bush lied and declared Miers the best suited attorney for the SUpreme Court, he now fires her because she's not able to deflect and lie about high crimes and misdemeanors of the Bush administration. If there is any justice in the world the the people will put Dick Cheney in prison and GW Bush on the trashheap of history. Not just impeached, but criminalized in the minds of all Americans forever to teach every wannabe dictator type a lesson. Don't mess with the USA and our Constitution. So no GW Bush library. SMU already rejected it anyway. What would be in it? Subpoenas? Lost Air Guard records from 1971? Evidence of massive lies, election fraud, smear campaigns and failures? Comicbooks?
