Global Star Telecommunications Ltd. (Nasdaq: GSTRF) today announced that the enterprise expanded its cover with satellite-based telecommunication services to Peru. Global star Telecommunications Ltd. is a consortium of international technology enterprises under the guidance of Loral space & Communications (Nyse: LOR). Involved is further Qualcom (Nasdaq: QCOM), DaimlerChrysler Aerospace (Nyse: DCX), China Telecom (Hong Kong), Alcatel (Nyse: ALA) and Vodafone Airtouch(Nyse: VOD). Global star operates in the area of satellite-based telecommunications. The enterprise operates a network of 52 satellites in the lower orbit.
