The sum-of-the parts will almost surely be greater than the whole...not to mention that as they split, index exposure is likely to be eliminated for all but Telesp, and this will hopefully be reduced significantly. I believe the split and accompaning earnings reports and strategic statements from the buyers may brighten the spotlight. It will likely be a while before cumulatively we see $127 again, but I don't expect it to trade below 75 for very long. sf
