BMC Software Announces Application-Centric Storage Management Consortium Partner Program
Thirteen Industry-Leading Storage Vendors Inducted Into Program
PALM DESERT, Calif., Apr 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Storage Networking World--BMC Software Inc. (NYSE: BMC chart, msgs), the leading provider of enterprise systems management, announced today the formation of its Application-Centric Storage Management(TM) (ACSM(TM)) Consortium partner program. ACSM Consortium members are able to widen their customer base, gain greater market exposure and increase revenue opportunities by leveraging their relationship with BMC Software's Recovery and Storage Management team. Customers benefit from the results of this program with integrated solutions that are focused on managing their entire storage enterprise.

Today, BMC Software announced the following companies have joined the Consortium: Brocade Communications Systems Inc., Cisco Systems, Crossroads Systems, EMC Corporation, Gadzoox Networks, Hitachi Data Systems, INRANGE, JNI, McDATA, Network Appliance, Nishan Systems, OTG Software and QLogic.
