We'd need an honest objective party to judge ... but we already know:

you're building illegal ponds to rob the natural riverine system of water at the expense of endangered species

and your dogs wander the countryside killing wild game, notably turkeys.

You've posted about these things.

And we know growers dump d-con around plots to kill wood rats and any other wildlife that comes along.

So it's not a big stretch.
