I expect CREAF to meet the estimate for this quarter and exceed the yearly estimate for the full year.

ML's estimates are often closer to the lower range of the street consensus estimates. Due to the Asian crisis, the upside is gone according to Chairman. They have been very cautious in reviewing all of credit applications from the region. This will protect their bottom lines but limit its top line growth to only 10% growth this quarter.

I expect CREAF to do well in 1998 because you just can not find a company trading at less than 8 x 6/98 eps any more in this market with 40% eps growth rate. With 30-year bond trading at less than 6%, it bodes well for the equity market. CREAF is the #1 multimedia company in the world. It will continue to surprise us to the upside.

75 is within reach. I start buying this company from 5 7/8 all the way to 25 3/4. A year ago, I would never have imagined its stock price would reach 29 in 1997.

CREAF shows us the money in 1998
