08:13 ET Compaq Computer (CPQ) 31 1/4: DLJ upgrades from "market perform" to "buy"

Extremely unusual timing for this upgrade....DLJ obviously values their "call sellers" more than there "call buyers".

If they had given this upgrade last Wednesday or Thursday those that bought the Jan 32.50 and Jan 35 might have made money.
