Agree on the "ease of use" with Easeus. I still alternate Acronis and Easeus on different externals just because I am paranoid, but the Easeus imaging takes about half the time of Acronis. I have been backing up my Outlook email files with Acronis regularly and for no obvious reason it now just hangs after running a few minutes. So much for Acronis email backup. Easeus does backup the Outlook files in the complete image, but they're just a little more difficult to find and restore if necessary.
