You know that at 25% growth rate for 10 years the earnings will be 10 times what they are now. At that time the PE would be 14, or in line with old economy companies. However, I agree that most of the new economy stocks are way overvalued, but that is what Mr. Market will pay for the. I feel it is a greater risk to miss out on these huge price increases than the risk of a major sell-off. This is, of course, what is known as the "greater fool theory". Have fun, life may be short!
