DownSouth, Don't bet on it. Compaq needs a content provider, not a service provider. It can then integrate this content provider with AltaVista and Shopping.com to cover the content/search engine/e-commerce triumvirate. I may or may not buy it tomorrow, but EWBX seems to fit that bill, and also matches the market cap and trading characteristics of Shopping.com. I just don't think Mindspring would bring anything to that party for Compaq. Regards, G
