Yes, the attribution to Kramer seems to be as much a LIE as the stubborn Hillary and her hoard's message, that the Benghazi terror attack was caused by a rightist provocative video.

Now that said, in no way does the misquote change the message per se, and I would LOVE to hear your explanation of what's racist about the sound content of same message: When blacks can call us all kind of names, no limits, without being racist, why would it be racist of me as a whitie to call blacks any names my choice?
Just an example from the content, maybe I could find some better ones.

Again, it might require an IQ above room temperature... A serious problem and if so, sorry again. One never should step on people lying down. Just a matter of compassion, I know and understand that.
