Ken, You listed the inside (S3) board members. There are three outside directors: John C. Colligan, CoB of Macromedia Incorporated (Coincidentally, Macromedia also has to endure a class action suit since 7/31/97 from some dissatisfied shareholders). Dr. Robert P. Lee, CoB, President and CEO of Insignia Solutions, PLC Dr. Carmelo J. Santoro, CoB Platinum Software Corporation (Platinum has lost money the last four years). This reeks of cronyism. Jan
