They put out a general statement of "break even to slightly better" because they still have a couple weeks in the qtr left. Mgmt obviously thinks break even is the worst downside and expect to do better than that.

These days, mgmt can't put out specific forecast because they'll get sued if something out of their control alter the qtrs outcome - bunch of sue happy poor losers out there.
