The old Blame it on Clinton shtick has got old.

I don't recall Clinton ever praising Aristide as a great leader, but Clinton did praise democracy as a better form of government than coups and strongmen. The loss of democracy was clearly on Bush's watch, although it was his neocon puppetmasters who were most responsible.

Worst of all, Bush and his cabel lie about their role instead of taking any kind of responsibility for their policies.
