When you visit a food store and decide not to buy an item say fish, does it mean that you are not in the food store to buy food. Maybe you do not want to buy fish but want chips instead. Think about it, if you can. The Bushies have not been able to figure out what they are doing in the WH. I hope that at least you will figure out my simple analogy and thereby provide the answer to your own question.
