Charles, I can understand your reluctance in giving out numbers that reflect your opinion on the current value of our stock, I wasn't however trying to trap you with this, I was just curious. Can you at least answer this one more general question for everyone, as I know that there are quite a few that are curious about your opinion on this? 1. Do you feel that the fundamental value of your DCI stock has increased over the past 12 months? It seems fair to me, that if you are going to ask some hard questions, and expect answers, that we should get a few in return as well? If there is some reason that you cannot answer this question, then what is it? I agree with what you said about the how the Locus and the TimeWorld deal would add cost effeciencies and synergies that we need. James
