Call Center Technology Solutions

WOOD DALE, Ill., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockwell Electronic Commerce
announced today the selection of Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL) as
the preferred relational database management system supplier for its
entire line of integrated call center technologies. As part of the
agreement, Rockwell will integrate the Oracle8(TM) database server into
its telephony and Internet-based customer management solutions for call
processing management and also for agent desktop application
development and deployment. These products provide Rockwell's
customers with "best-in-class" solutions for efficiently managing and
optimizing call center operations.

Individual Rockwell products have incorporated Oracle databases in the
past. With this announcement, Rockwell and Oracle formalize Rockwell's
intent to standardize its product development around the Oracle8
database technology. As voice and data merge and the number of customer
contact methods increase, leading businesses are integrating their call
center systems with enterprise- wide IT infrastructures. Oracle
supports Rockwell's line of open, scaleable call center solutions and
facilitates integration with legacy systems.
