Bill,

Did Clinton flip-flop again? Last count was that
three times he said "No ground troops in hostile
environment". Of course, what Bubba does not realize
is that even if he "wins" and gets US/NATO troops
on the ground in Kosovo, they will still be in the
position of having to prevent the ethnic cleansing
of Serbs by the KLA. What a mess.
