PacTel got bought by SBC who shutters all cable video independent of delivery medium. Bell Atlantic backed out of
CAI deal. BLS tried but DBS too strong and now doing DBS
thing. FON & WCOM ramping up and BLS who has comparable footprint to either of them could redeploy to digital data in future.
