Been meaning t'back up & answer yUr poser 2 Richard: U asked: A refinery in Utah? Who has a refinery in Utah, and one that does business for other customers to boot? The answer is a very big one, with a very long standing reputation in the refining world, and one of the few even inclined, let alone qualified and outfitted to refine/produce platinum as a finished product.
