Tried to do this with email but got the message bounced back so will post it here.
Balanageswaran -

Glad to see your post concerning IO's business plan and short term tactics. It
seems that a lot of the discussion on the boards revolves around the next day's
price action with too little regard paid to the overall business plan and its
implementation.

I have been thinking about starting a new posting catagory called: Paradigms
Smashed - IO's Business Plan. (KE has often talked about the fact that he views
IO as a paradigm smashing company both w/its products and business plan)

I'm not sure how familiar you may be with their overall plan. My knowledge is
basic, but I believe the business plan is very important to understanding where
IO is in relation to its long term valuation. I would like to perhaps have a
posting thread on the business plan so that I could learn more about it w/o
having to wade through all the short term price posts.

You mentioned the rebates. Bears interpret that as sales weakness. KE has
stated that driving the competition from the field through calculated price
action is a key part of the plan. In this light, the rebates seem very savy - and
effective (ie SYQT).

I'd be happy to hear any thoughts you might have on this.

Regards,
Jack
