JJB, I echo your discernment of the situation!

I would love to see the individual option trading accounts of employees of mutual fund families such as Fidelity.

Including their off-shore accounts.

I would like to know who owns all those 500 Jan 25 Put contracts.

I doubt there is any illegal activity going on, just un-ethical. These mutual fund companies have so much power that they re-write the laws and help appoint the watch-dogs.

Good observations. With has latest- info 50%+- held by SEG, 25%+- insiders and 10 - 15% held by
institutions, oh yeah don't forget the short shares. I would love to know if there have been any shifts in those
numbers. That leaves a float of 3 - 4 million shares. As NASDAQ counts both sale and purchase as we
approach 7,000,000 divided by 2 = 3,500,000 shares changed homes? That's the float!!

This is market manipulation that can be achieved through illegal naked short and shorting on the downtick. This
practice damages companies by causing them to dilute (lower price more shares) then they would otherwise have
to. Don't even whisper "secondary". Not only do individuals with stops and margin calls get hurt but also
innovative well-managed companies are kept away from capital.

Where the SEC? Will they go after misleading headlines? They will more likely go after the company and public
statements of the principals than check the clearing of all these shares. Which explains Dr. H normal gloom and
doom.

I have done well on this stock by playing contrarian as I have done again recently in repurchasing shares. It still
sucks.
