DOW JONES: ACTV To Offer Web Content For 'Austin Powers' Airing NEW YORK -- ACTV Inc.'s (IATV) HyperTV Networks unit will offer Internet programming to correspond to New Line Cinema's pay-per-view airing of "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me." In a press release Tuesday, ACTV, which makes software for interactive digital TV, said the Web content is synchronized to correspond with any airing of the movie between Jan. 1 and Feb. 29. Viewers can download HyperTV's software for free to receive information, participate in chat groups and buy products offered during the pay-per-view airing.
