shares Tuesday. The split will be effected as a 100% dividend. The Board of Directors has set a payable date of March 27, 2000.
Approximately 79 million shares are currently outstanding.

Also announced was a dividend of $0.01 per share (post-split) payable on April 11, 2000, to shareholders of record as of March 28, 2000.
