Re: other scenario is that they are running into an SRAM speed... Have you looked at: tomshardware.com It does show that some apps drop a notch when cache is lowered from 1/2 to 1/3 (kryotech 900 uses 1/3 cache speed). Other apps seem to continue scaling pretty linearly. Dan
