Over the next few days I am going to put together my list of the best candidates for new buying in the PM space. Why doesn't everyone else do the same so we can see if we can come up with some collective wisdom?

My picks will likely be mostly limited to developers and producers, but I will probably sneak in an explorer or two for spice. They usually join a PM stock rally last, so there should be some time to study them further.
