Ron, Honeywell would seem to be less than 100% compliant. It's a massive, huge company with very deep pockets. I hope they strike a deal with Softworks so we can see another press release with no numbers and watch CCEE move as much as a 97 year old newlywed... This whole proxy deal is just hard to figure, but I agree it will play out soon. It's snowing like crazy here and about 28 degrees. The technical word for it is "sucks." How's the weather there? Uhhh, just forget that last question... I wish us all luck...lots of it. George
