Yes laughing at FB's while being life long renters made them the ultimate losers. Now this bubble was most unfair to someone young in their mid to late 20's who thought they were doing the right thing by saving for a down payment and found their dreams shattered as prices moved dramatically against them in only a few short years. I do also notice most live in CA and are quick to bash the parts of the country that are still a bargain..
