At some point Obama is going to have to recognize that this thing isn't working and if he is to have ANY legacy at all, it has to be fixed, quickly. I don't think the Republican proposal today is worth a crap. They have to throw this thing out and spend the rest of Obama's 2nd term trying to create something that will at least leave us no worse off than before. Obama seems to be so caught up in his arrogance that I just don't know that he's going to do it.
